Green training for all staff and Green Team training
These packages are tailored to your specific business profile to help new and existing green teams (or all staff) build their confidence to deliver responsible business programmes. It focuses on what has been achieved to date, gives staff the skills to implement programmes and define what needs to be achieved in future months. Our clients get the best value if each package includes one day's consultation with the commissioning organisation, to find out what they are doing, whether they have policies in place and what they want to get out of the training. We also recommend one day post-training, to help with developing an action plan, and refine policies and targets.

Leadership training
We are developing leadership training courses for senior managers in larger organisations. This will initially support finance directors with the information they need to effectively account for and report on responsible business programmes.

Owner/Manager training
This has been developed to help managers in small businesses implement responsible business programmes. Focussing on a range of issues, from cost saving environmental management programmes through to marketing green credentials, the programme will help to deliver change in a way that is effective in small businesses.
