All of our products and services are based on comprehensive and accurate research. Over the last decade, the data resulting from the team's research in the hospitality sector has been used to deliver reports for Government agencies and private sector clients in the following areas:

Our team has played a key role in shaping the responsible business agenda for tourism and hospitality organisations. We are often invited to contribute to discussions, provide articles, host debates, judge industry awards or make presentations to key audiences on this topic.
Dedicated research is the basis of all of our work in this arena and it is our attention to detail that stands us apart from the crowd. Specific examples include:

Writing on sustainability, e.g. editorial, newsletters, manuals, case studies. Rebecca and Jane have contributed to Caterer & Hotelkeeper, Foodservice Footprint, Cost Sector Catering and University Caterer magazines. See here for an example.

Speaking at/sitting on expert panels at conferences. For example, Rebecca was appointed as Sustainability Champion for Hotelympia 2010 and has recently chaired an Industry Round Table on Packaging Waste, convened by Footprint Media Group. She has also been asked to present to the Master Innholders on sustainability issues and sits on judging panels for the Responsible Tourism Awards. Jane sits on an expert panel to nominate the Top 20 most influential people in public sector catering - see here, and also judges the Cateys Sustainable Business Award and the Cost Sector Catering Corporate Responsibility Award.

Developing bespoke reports (for example on the effectiveness of a specific approach or technology within the sector).
