The Directors of RHP aim to do everything we can to keep you in business for the long term. Sustainability is more than a business opportunity, however. For the Directors of RHP, it is a lifestyle choice that underpins decisions in the workplace and at home. In our business, we:
 

  • Select ethical and resource efficient services and products for use in our premises;

  • Minimise our carbon footprint by reducing energy consumption throughout our offices, choosing a renewable utilities tariff and making public transport our preferred mode of travel;

  • Reduce waste to an absolute minimum by hosting most of our materials electronically and constantly reviewing our purchasing practice; almost all unavoidable waste is recycled;

  • Use only low impact cleaners on our premises;

  
  • Ask our suppliers to integrate environmental and social considerations into their business decisions;

  • Influence the business practices of our clients by promoting the benefits of responsible business choices and lifestyles, training their staff and motivating them to continually raise responsible business standards;

  • Involve others in the pursuit of more sustainable practices by speaking at events, writing editorial on responsible business, judging sustainable business awards and other activities for which we make no charge.


In our home lives, we seek to practice what we preach and strive to reduce our impacts by actively seeking to support the environment and communities in which we are based.
